Stay was good. Food is also good but it’s expensive. The staff are not that supportive and the room servos the worst part. They don’t turn up quickly unless we call them 2 to 3 times. We can rate it 3 star instead of 4 star.

Pathetic service by restaurant staff specially the manager Vicky. Don't book with dinner or lunch combos.

Excellent hotel good location helpful staff clean asw and good food good size hotel room only problem is useless charges for basic things such as visitors and quite expensive charges

1.The location was great. Hotel Citrine is close to city centre -Majestic, Railway station, KSRTC Busstand, restaurants, and other attractions, so it was easy to get around and explore the city. 2.The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice bed, good Wi-Fi, and everything worked well, like the TV and air conditioning. 3.The staff were friendly & warm.They helped with check-in and answered my questions quickly, making the stay smooth. 4.The amenities were good, though nothing too fancy. 5.It felt worth the price. For what I paid, I got a solid, comfortable stay in a nice, ideally located hotel, and I’d probably book again.

Very nice and comfortable room - very well maintained with efficient air conditioning providing ultimate comfort during our stay. Great service and polite attitude. Staff in the restaurant are very hospitable and provide very good service with a smile. Located very conveniently with easy access to all directions.

Pros: Food alone. But that is also pretty average for a hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel. Cons: The rooms are not sound proof. When there is an event organised in their banquet halls, the people in the rooms of 4th floor has to forget sleep. During our stay, The events were held till 12:30am in the night and then other event started at 6:30 am the very next morning leaving us sleep deprived. Hospitality left the hotel. They don't care to welcome the customers at all. Rather they lowkey mock people. Mainly the lady near the front desk and the manager(Sujatha) near the buffet spread were the worst. They have a broken toaster near breakfast spread, when asked they(the manager) behaved as if we made a huge crime in asking for help. I mean she is telling the waitress in a mocking way to teach us to operate the toaster as if we don't know. What did they take us as??!!! That itself shows what kind of respect they have towards their customers. They took numbers for wifi but the wifi didn't work in our room leading to no wifi for 1 whole day. Later they gave login credentials of the room next to us. Which is basically the contact number of some guests. This is violation of privacy as they directly gave someone's contact number to login to wifi. We didn't use it though. But that is a very huge compromise on privacy when they didn't hesitate to share someone else's contact numbers. The whole experience has been worst just because of their behaviour towards us. This is not considered a business hotel and the facilities are not even close to a 2 star hotel. A very low tariff motels or local lodges have better hospitality than them.

Recommended by family member, food was average ,all amenities provided by hotel is good and required for traveller and service is good

The room was neat and clean, well maintained, it was in the heart of the city happening palaces where nearby, staff were courteous and helpful plus budget stay with 4 star experience

It was a nice stay. Rooms are clean and service is good. Staff was polite. Since i am a solo business traveler, there need to be some rework on menus for single person. This will help to reduce our cost and wastage of food

This beautiful hotel is located close to Majestic & Malleshwaram. Walkable distance to Sampige Metro & Mantri square mall..Staffs are very cooperative, polite and well mannered. Rooms were very clean, maintained and comfortable. Room services were satisfactory Delicious breakfast menu available.. Afforble & safe stay for solo & family travellers. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
