Terrible Stay
The tariff for the room is highly overpriced.. Room service is below average.. The hotel overcharge for everything.. We had to pay exorbitantly for every bottle of water

Terrible Stay
We booked a suite room. there was no ac in out room.which introduced them. in morning till night nothing happened. then at 11.30 when I returned to hotel there was no change. I asked to change room and figures out none of the ac was working. still.they placed in one room where ac was 19dm degree and we had to put fan on 5 speed. there were hundreds of mosquitoes in room and reception the breakfast was made to order aaloo parantha, pohe fruit plate and tea. that was given in meeting room converted to dining area where there was lizard. the wash rom light has sensor light which does not switch off and the glare comes on eyes and you can't sleep. there is no service and you tell the staff and they will do what they like.

Owner sunil quite discourteous but the staff was polite
soloSome issues like red ants on bedding etc. But the staff was helpful. However the owner sunil was pretty disrespectful and lacked basic courtesy in terms of way of talking to the guest. Not what you’d call a hospitable experience.

Room is good and clean but staffs are unprofessional and new. Ac was not working and service is very poor.
