The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani

We were mesmerized by the pictures of the cliff and our visit lived up to the expectations. Location: it is situated right on the mahabaleshwar panchgani road, and is easy to locate thanks to the sign boards. The cliff is located on the cliff and provided uninterrupted and amazing views of the valley. One can easily skip different viewing points since you get the same view from the The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani. It's close to the attractions in panchgani, making it a recommended place to stay while in panchgani. Food: the breakfast was good with a lot of variety and had dosa/uttapam live counter. Wish they had a live eggs counter as well. We had a-la-carte dinner in their restaurant, and both the dishes we ordered were tasty (we ordered nachos and pasta. The food is reasonably priced. Amenities: the property had a nice viewing deck, two infinity pools, indoor games, gym, spa, etc. We enjoyed morning walk on the deck with basking in the sun and couldn't miss a breathtaking view of the valley. One suggestion would be to have a few lights in the basement level corridor even during the day, since there isn't a lot of natural light in the corridor making it a little dark. Room: our room was on the ground level, which they called as anthurium, and this level had the best view of the valley! there was peace in the balcony and we were visited by a cat at dawn. Room was spacious and had all basic amenities. The bathroom can have some work done. It was cramped up (not the shower area) and it seems the shower blinds were not clean (it looked mouldy. Overall we loved our stay and have recommended the place to our friends and family.

A special mention goes to garg and anand, whose exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. Both were attentive, friendly, and ensured that all our needs were met with a smile. Overall, the cliff offers great food, outstanding service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

overall stay was good . the variety in cuisines , huge swimming pool everything was really nice but there were few issues such as they have mentioned the temperature control pool however when I went to dive it was still cold I don't think the pool has any temparature control system maybe because of sunrays coming directly to pool That's why it was little warmer , then the room was good view was good however it was sticking really bad we have to call for air fresher multiple times we don't re except this from 5 star The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani

The view of the valley, lake and the The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani property from the room balcony is mesmerizing. The The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani staff is very cooperative and service as top notch. We stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast spread for all days was different, flavorful and satisfying. Food quality and taste is very good. The children play area is a plus point for people travel-ling with their kids. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Location is amazing. Best of all i have stayed in this region. Staff is courteous always willing to help and welcoming. Whole property was super clean even area near pool was being cleaned on regular intervals. Kids play area is well maintained as well as indoor play area. Couldn't enjoy spa due to our time limitations so can't comment. Food and bar is good. Breakfast was also nice.

Nice location of the cliff resort. Food is awesome but cost is very high. Resorts amenities, service and all staffs is very nice.

The The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani offered an amazing view, with a prime location that made the experience incredible. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing, creating a perfect atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Had a great time, a must visit.

A fabulous experience, location is good, view from the property is beyond word. Rooms are neat and clean. They also serve good food (though only on ala carte basis; breakfast spread is good. Overall experience is excellent and must try experience in panchgani

The property is well managed and the view from the rooms is amazing. The staff was very helpful and courtatius. For dinner we had a buffet, the spread was elaborate for the price and even though the restaurant was full the service (from bhaskar and team) was exceptional. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Worth a visit if you are planning foe panchgani / mahabaleshwar

It was pleasant stay, the cliff was wonderful experience. Nice stay with tasty and awesome food. Food though on costlier side a bit. Nice views from room and property. Temperature controlled swimming pool was under maintenance. Zenzi bar is good place to have a drink and hangout with friends and family. Recommend to visit once atleast.

The Cliff Hotel is very nice and well maintained property. Location wise very good, amenities are also great. The staff is very polite and ready to help. Food wise, main course is very good but we didn’t like desserts. Desserts quality wise and taste wise could have been better. Rest wonderful stay and good hospitality 👍🏻👌🏻

Property is short but sweet. Good for a short trip. Valley view from the rooms was amazing, and with mahabaleshwar climate it was icing on cake

We had a very comfortable stay at the cliff. Rooms are well maintained and the staff is very courteous. Special compliments to the chef as the food is exceptional. And it is a kid friendly resort
