Overall the room was cleaned and the airconditioner was working well the room service did not come to clean the room and other amenities were also satisfactory. The tv was lagging not working well only a towel was provided in the washroom. Night wear and sleepers were not there and the room was a little congested

1) need to maintain the rooms fully furnished periodically. In our case, water was leaking from ac. 2) property is located in posch area and easily accessible. Cabs, auto easily available. 3) need to improve the quality of breakfast, to be at par with room tarrif paid

Overall the stay was just okay, daily housekeeping is not available, the rooms interiors were good. Overly expensive kitchen menu.

Cleanliness was not there. Linen provided was not clean. They had to change the room. Was not provided with room key that very day

Very bad experience, basic amenities in the bathroom was not provided like hand wash, shampoo, soap, and toothbrush and past. Study table and chair also was not there.

Property js okish. Currently under renovation. However service is poor. No dish for tv channels. No proper meal facilities. Lot of scope to improve.
