I had a pleasant stay overall. The property’s location is good and facilities are decent for the price. However, the complimentary food was below average and could be improved. Also, there was no telephone in the room to contact reception, which was inconvenient. Other than that, it was a satisfactory experience.

Room not clean and blanket vary bad smell .broken tv,service not good amount not worth

location is good but stay and service was average, cleanliness needed and also maintaince of property

location.... good but service was not good eg. no water bottle, paste, soap , tv was not working, water supply was not there at night the room was vacant but still we paid extra 600/- because we checked in at 8:30am

the hotel is clean but spotted few cockroachs in room and washroom. hot water was not available, no geyser.

The rooms are well ventilated but i spotted few cockroachs. Also hot water is not able 24/7. The wifi connection in my floor was very weak.

The washroom was terrible. The room was not clean and neat. After we reached there they made us wait 15 minutes to clean the room.

It was good. Room was neat. Toilet was okay.

On entry there is temperature check and they sanitize the room in front of you while check-in to room. Property is located in prime bangalore close to shopping complex

They don’t know how to talk to customer. They keep pressure for early checkout. Not flexible. Bad clothing. Not responsible to clean

Location is good, food available near by, service is ok, room is not same as photos.

Hotel is easy approachable. Close to Jayanagar metro.

The room was damp and stinky. Room service was not available after 10 pm. The name board was not visible.

Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There were cockroaches in all the room washroom was very dirty, no cleanliness, intercom was not working. No facilities nothing.

It doesn't deserve to be paid that much money. I stayed in room.
