We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this resort. The property is well maintained and services are outstanding. The staff are very humble and cooperative and so we never faced any problem though aged people and children were with us.

We recently stayed at cristello resort with my parents, and the experience has been wonderful. The serene ambience and peaceful atmosphere have truly made their stay delightful. It is a good property. Staffs are good, food is good. But parking facility is inadequate. Room and its amenities are good. Staffs are good, enjoyed the stay.

It was really good . The only drawback is they do not have lift . And being an arthritis patient using stairs were a little difficult for me .

I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel along with my 3 months old baby the rooms were clean and well maintained, with a fresh and modern feel for a very comfortable environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The food at their restaurant was also great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The room which was provided was very comfortable near the pool area. The view was awesome. They have a restaurant on the ground floor. Food was good too. Would like to visit again

Nice & clean rooms with a amazing pool & decorated garden. Location was just awesome as its a 1 minute walking distance from the famous sonajhuri hat of shantiniketan. Friendly stuff behaviour & nice view of hotel which definitely a plus point of this property. If some one planing to visit shantiniketan i would strongly recommend this property for their stecation.

We had a great stay at the crisallo resort, very close to the famous sonajhuri haat, shantiniketan. We were a group of 6 including 2 kids (8 & 6 years old) and booked 2 premium rooms which were huge enough. Entire property was so captivating. Swimming pool was well maintained. Service was super quick and staffs were absolutely well behaved. Food was to die for. Their bengali and chinese both cuisine were absolutely delicious. I wish we could enjoy their barbecue section as well but unfortunately that was closed during our stay for some reason. But apart from that everything was remarkable.
