It was very nice and comfortable stay and it is located in a very calm place. Our care taker Mr.Dinesh was so kind and on time to deliver things. They arranged to visit their tea factory to look how it is made. Overall stay experience was too good. Thank *The Den by Trees* for wonderful experience

We enjoyed a peaceful weekday getaway with just our family, making the experience wonderfully personal. The resort was spotless, well-appointed, and offered generous parking space. Dinesh and his team provided exceptional hospitality, including a complimentary villa upgrade and a private campfire just for us. Ideal for families, close friends, or small office groups, highly recommended

The Hotel Villa room given was bigger in size with a bunk bed option for two kids and many options for indoor and outdoor games. The owner and caretaker were very humble. Breakfast was also very good with limited four items. There were only two challenges: (1) Far away, more than an hour and 30km from main Ooty City (2) During the second-day checkout, there was no water supply due to some reason at their end, so we had to proceed check out without baths etc.

Kachin's home Stay was located at very good location and it was constructed so well but mismanagement ruined all the vibe. There was literally only one caretaker (Lingeshwara) who was running here and there for our needs. No clean rooms , no clean common area and for food we had to wait long. Killed all the vibe. If management improves then only it's a good option to go for.

The location of the property is superb. The hospitality of all the staff are awesome. Special mention to Abi who made sure our stay is utmost comfortable. The manager was super helpful. The food at the property is great. Be it breakfast or dinner or snacks. I would highly recommend the stay at Kotagiri. Also the rooms were good.

Property was good but little bit expensive,hospitality was so good😇especially tea wowww it was too good😍and their food also,overall it was pleasent stay😍😇

Service was good by dinesh. But he was single handedly managing all things which made it difficult. Manager charged additional cost without informing us mentioning that he gave us villa instead of originally booked cottages. It's expensive considering the location & service. No heater in rooms, breakfast is basic but good in taste, changed towels only once in 3 day stay. Not worth for the price

A beautiful resort built in a calm tea estate area. Roads are good to reach the hotel. Neat rooms. Care takers are humble and polite. Safe to stay for family travelers.

I must say the place is located at a very beautiful place. The property is tastefully done and is managed very well. The service and attention to the guests is really good. Dinesh, the caretaker is really helpful. The one thing that really stands out is the cottages. There are clean, no insects and no musty smell. Toilets and bath were also very clean. Overall it was a great time spent at the den. Will definitely be there again soon.

This property located in a tea plantation, people are nature lovers will definitely enjoy the place, morning melodies of bird’s singings, indian gars gazing at tea plantation so morning walk surrounding is really worth. Dinner and breakfast were good, enough space for car parking and most importantly very good service from staff.

Staff and hospitality were excellent , amenities were great, people were very cordial . food was great

It was really a wonderful experience staying in the den by trees, we booked wooden hut through mmt. As we had a good experience we planned to stay in villa next day. This property had good play area for kids as well as adults they provide gym and indoor games if planned along with family it will be a great fun

A nice place to spend time with your dear ones!

Property is very nicely located with car parking space. Area wise not a big property -but, all the required facilities are available. Most importantly a no of games to keep your little one busy. Property is surrounded by lush green tea garden. Mr kannan and mr sharma took care of our needs. Breakfast was good with a no of option as well. Overall it was a value for money

I had a great stay at the den by the trees. Mr vincent and mr sharma were awsome. Food and hospitality were awesome, its an awesome place for kids also. Its a much recommended place.

It was a good stay. Place was very well maintained. Helper dinesh was readily available and took a good care. Food was good. Overall a tensionless stay.
