The location is perfect and very close to iskcon temple and the middle of the nayapalli area of bhubaneswar. Hotel restaurant is good enough for this type of hotel. For medium budget stay, this hotel is excellent with all necessary amenities ac, geyser, smart tv, electric kettle, study table & chair etc. Services was very prompt on call or demand and staff were courteous.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at The Divan. The location was convenient yet peaceful, offering the perfect balance. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The amenities, especially the comfortable rooms and well-maintained facilities, made the stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the amazing service—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel welcome. The hotel is located just opposite to iskcon bhubaneswar. Newly built, beautiful hotel with great rooms & bar. Perfect for couples/family.

Stay was good. Location also fine as i needed it close to the stadium. But could get breakfast only for one day as they mentioned breakfast would start at 7. 30 but were late in service. Had to order my own breakfast.

The stay was good. Food was good and the staffs are co-operative. Average size room but they need to take care of bedsheets and pillow covers, it was not clean. Doors are not in proper condition and it was tough to lock them. It needs repairing. Bathroom tap handles, jet spray are in pathetic condition. There is no generator, we faced a power cut for 2 hours at 3 am and couldn't sleep.

The hotel is centrally located in the bhubaneshwar city and is easily accessible. It's excellent in the budget range with supportive staff. The check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall value for money and wonderful experience.
