My stay at this hotel was very comfortable, a very good service and polite behaviour of staff too. Food was really good and maintained hygiene. Special thanks to sunil yadav ji he did a great job and provided us with really excellent room service.

It was good experience. Good to stay. There are no particular problems. Good for family stay. Then i took the package that included breakfast but i didn't get breakfast.

Not getting proper assistant, no eminities, no water bottle, giger not working, daily pillow are bedsheet not change.

The property has a good location (walkable distance from metro station) and it is brand new. Hence the rooms and supplies were fresh. Also the staff were prompt in providing service. However, there were two issues - one there were ants in the washroom that they cleaned and sprayed to prevent it. The other was no wifi signal reaching inside the room for which they could not do anything. They offered me to work from the common area but that did not work for me. Other than these i really liked the place.

Location is good. Very near to aindia expo mart. The makemytrip platform shows that the deluxe room "with the premium prices" are better in comparison to the executive rooms. Due to premium price, i booked the deluxe room considering quality and better room then the executive but when i reached at reception today, i came to know that there is a voice and vars a mean executive rooms showing on mm t platform are in actual the deluxe rooms and the deluxe rooms are in actual executive rooms. Now even after the availability of the real executive rooms at the property and paying for it as per mm t platform, the person at reception allotted me deluxe room rather than the executive room. When i asked reception person that that why the deluxe rooms are more costlier than the executive room he said, "it is not possible, our executive rooms are the premium rooms over the delux rooms" now finally i had no other option to continue here for entire booking session for executive room & now staying in delux room even after paying for premium (executive) room.

The stay at the hotel was way too awkward as it is newly built and the staff isn't trained to the fullest and have some issues here and there. But in future maybe it can be better with time
