Everything was fine but its highly expensive. Bedding is chargeable which is usually free of cost in other hotels

The hotel location is great accompanied with ample parking space. They also provide complementary pick and drop to mall road service time of which is 10 AM to 07 PM.

I was visiting with my family and the stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed a lot. Be it food, Good breakfast layout , flute during breakfast, the hospitality was amazing. Also, the hotel had good parking facility and a complementary to and fro to the mall road.

Well maintained property, good ambience and good food as well , looking forward to stay here often .

It was our first trip with our 10 month old. The location, staff and food, everything and everyone is very good. The staff is friendly, the rooms are neat and clean. Food is too good, they also serve tawa chapati's, which is very hard to find these days in a 3 or 5 star property.

AC for all 3 rooms were not working for both the days. Manager Dheeraj Bisht was extremely rude. Post hotel AC technician and night manager confirms that AC plant is not working still he was so ridged and did not accept the fault of the hotel. He made videos or night manager and technician confirming their fault. We had to call tourist police for help and resolve matters. Still our non AC charge was not adjusted. Poor

The property is in a peaceful location, just 1.5 km from Mall Road. The ambience is warm, with soothing live flute music in the mornings during breakfast and good singing by the bonfire in the evenings. The food was flavorful and of good quality, though the breakfast buffet felt overpriced. We opted for an à la carte dinner, which was tasty, especially the paneer dishes that the kids absolutely enjoyed. The rooms were clean, and the staff was courteous, always greeting us with Namaskar. Well maintained property, spacious well appointed rooms. Restaurant is nice with local food options. They have free shuttle to & fro to Mall Road. Supportive staff & vibrating atmosphere.

Food was good but the property was not that good, there was no recreational room or any other facility

The property is located in a quiet location away from the hustle and sound which is what you want for a vacation spot. However there is a downside for the same as well as it is almost 2 kms away from the happening places such as Mall Road, Lake etc. and you have to either walk up to those places or take a cab as parking is a huge problem over there. Apart from that, hotel food was quite good and cleanliness was maintained. They also have parking available within the hotel which is not the case with some of the hotels in the area. Rooms are spacious. Staff was also courteous and well behaved. They light bonfire and karaoke music during dinner and flute during breakfast is played which makes them unique. They are a bit old school in terms of technology as they are still using keys instead of cards. Rates are a bit on the higher side I would say but rest all is good.

This was an excellent property. Food was good. Location is fine and their staff was very cooperative.

Very nice hotel. Staff courteous. Food was pretty good. Distance from the Naini Lake is easily negotiable by car. Only thing I found out from guests who were checking in, is that they got the rooms at a price way lower than what we got from the Make MyTrip site since they booked from other sites. The price we paid was almost double the original price.

The stay was Awesome. Food was good. Resort was at good location. Ambience was nice. Morning evening music was soothing.

Average Amenities but better than most of the hotel in Nainital

Perfect location, polite staff, clean rooms, tasty food. Must visit place while in nainital. The ambience is excellent. Morning time flute was mesmerizing.
