It was an excellent stay in this hotel. Staffs are very supportive and foods are awesome. They prepared breakfast for us before 7:30 am as we had morning flight. Room was neat and clean. Location was also very good.

Good behaviour. Good service service at eleganza was exemplary. The staff were professional, friendly, and responsive to any requests or inquiries. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The concierge service was helpful in providing recommendations and assisting with reservations. Additionally, housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness and provided fresh towels and toiletries as needed.

Eleganza provided us a home like stay and it had an ample parking and a functional restaurant with scrumptious meals. I liked the experience there. The presidential suite i chose was large enough for a four member family and the toilet was clean.

The experience was great, food was awesome. I stayed for 2 days. The food is like a 5 star hotel and the rooms are quite big. They provide all the amenities and are very polite and friendly

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is at an excellent location. The food is excellent, and the staff is decent and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. Whenever i return to dehradun in the future, this will be my first choice of stay. Thank you for excellent service. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to transport. The food is awesome, and the staff is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend eleganza.
