I had a wonderful experience at the elgin hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. The service was top-notch, and the hotel's prime location added to the convevenience of my trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very polite. Outside food is allowed and the staff provides cutlery whenever you ask for it. Seamless check in and check out procedure.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it is nearby victoria memorial, birla planetarium kalighat mandir, princeps ghat and sealdah railway station breakfast is good in quantity and quality and can be improved in future with other options which can make it differ menu of other hotels of kolkata. There are some technical issues in rooms booked which were informed by hotel management a day before and offer a stay in a different hotel in their chains of hotel. It is good that they have made arrangements for convenient stay in different rooms in elgin on request. The hotel staff were polite and humble especially mr. Rohit from housekeeping and guard who is all-rounder in absence of front desk. Rooms are clean and tidy. Overall experience is good

The location of the hotel is great, food is good, stay was comfortable, rooms were adequate for single person stay. Cupboards did not have hangers. The hotel needs to work on its room service, cleanliness, upkeep and authorities should step-up for the same.

It’s a newly opened hotel near bhowanipore brand factory. The rooms are decent and clean. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Had a good stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Good location. It just beside the fashion factory easy to find. Service is prompt and good. The place looks clean. I reached late at night, they were ready and quickly helped me to check in.

The room was clean but the washroom was a little bit less clean. On top of that the room service is one of the worst i have seen. After calling in reception they take a lot of time and also problems are not solved well.
