it's been a wonderful experience staying here. Didn't face any problem from checking in till checking out

The hotel has a big compound with ample parking space. Room is spacious , clean and comfortable. They do not have a restaurant, but provide quick room service . i had booked my tickets from durgapur to kharagpur. the bus doesn't stop at kharagpur! the information regarding dropping point is misleading. moreover, the conductor dozed off, when he should have been alert and i couldn't understand where to get off the bus. eventually i had to ask the driver to stop many kilometers away from kharagpur bypass in the middle of the night and hitch a lift back on a truck to the bypass from where i had to take an auto to my hotel. all of this cost me . but more than that, my safety was put at risk in a dark and lonely highway in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was avarage, bedsheet was not good, ambience was not good Staff behaviour okay

Facilities are very average in wash room. Room service is so delayed. Does-not respond to calls properly. Already left tge hotel

Hotel Rooms are clean. In photograph Super Delux Room Looks big. but actually its not a big room. but overall Room size is ok. Bed is comfortable I stayed here for 4 nights & five days. Room Service is good. manager is hepful always cheerful. If you are planning to visit IIT and want to stay here then keep in mind that its min 30 min travel time and in admission season uber or any other app will not work and you will have to book through some taxi (Locally) they charge very high in peak season so keep in mind that cost also (minimum 400 one side) booking through hotel is even more. Regarding food the breakfast tea, coffe good, bread toast good, other taste as per individual quality ok As I am vegetarian I face more issues with food every hotel f ordered dinner twice quality is good. freshly cooked but a bit Spicy. overall good Hotel.

The staff was kind and cooperative. The breakfast was good.

No bed tea available till 7:00 am, post cleaning rooms no change of towels, soaps, milk powder etc. Food taste and quality is good.

The room is spacious and well maintained and the bathroom is very good, but the bed is very bad it’s so hard and the bed sheet is very dirty I don’t think they are good in bed department, staff is responsive and good mannered.

please never ever stay in this place. I don't have minus to rank. otherwise would have ranked -****** to this place

Facilities are not good enough for the price, complimentary breakfast offered was not good and gets over even before guests arrive at the specified time. Room service was good.

Very cleans and good hotel. The staff are helpful and especially it’s pet friendly. Would recommend for all the travellers especially for pet parents. And it’s affordable

checked in late , only security guard who was of no help. me n my wife had to carry our own luggage. bedsheets were torn, no blanket cover......

Well, the property is big, newly built. However, the services are not yet set. This means that the stay is very uncomfortable. So overall at the moment is not recommended.

ok ok type. new property. will improve over a period of time. the property also has a banquet hall. food gets served in room. dinning option not available. whenever there is an event in the property, be prepared to get cold dishes served as they will push for order from early evening. behaviour is good. tons of 🦟 mosquitoes in the room.
