We stayed in trident cochin for 3 nights with family, the experience is remarkable. 1)the check-in process is very smooth with a welcoming drink and with professional staff 2)the rooms are very neat with 5 start amenities, luxuroius bathrooms and warm pool and good greenery 3)the pool is a highlight, offering incredible views and spa has a relaxing treatment 4)the breakfast buffet has rangevarieties, the quality of food is very good. The garlic pickle is star 5)the hotel staff went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Special thanks to nakul 6)while the stay was on the pricier side, the luxury experience made it well worth the cost. 7)we rate 5/5 for the trident cochin

My wife and i celebrated our two-year anniversary in kerala. We visited kochi and munnar as part of our trip. In kochi, we stayed at trident cochin, and the entire experience was nothing short of blissful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and a warm ambiance that set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Accommodation: we stayed in a well-appointed room that exuded elegance and comfort. The highlight was a beautiful rose petal arrangement and a cake that greeted us upon arrival, adding a touch of romance and personal care to our anniversary. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered a serene view of the property’s lush surroundings. Service: the service at trident cochin deserves a special shoutout, especially to vikas singh and abel, who went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made all the difference. They arranged a private candlelit dinner by the swimming pool, which was absolutely magical and personalized to perfection. The service was attentive yet discreet, ensuring we could fully enjoy our special evening. Dining: the culinary experience at trident cochin was exceptional. The staff curated a customized menu for our candlelit dinner, with dishes that were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I never thought our stay at Trident would be this exceptional. We booked three rooms for eight people, including two kids. I must say this was one of the finest and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Both the stay and the staff service were exceptional. Staff members across all departments—whether dining, housekeeping, reception, poolside, or lobby—treated us as if we were their most important guests. The poolside area was peaceful and serene. Most importantly, what I loved the most was the food. It was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality and flavorful dishes. I would love to enjoy their dinner and breakfast again. One key aspect is that they provide, or even exceed, what they offer. Although the property lacks a large area for walking or spending time, I was never concerned about it because it was not something they advertised or that I was looking for. Overall, it was a truly loving and amazing experience.

Had a wonderful staff at this property, i had my son’s small birthay celebration planned during the stay, they had supported and made all the arrangements. The reception staffs and the restaurant staffs were excellent and supportive. The food was so delicious especially the dinner. Even the hold general manger had hand written card for my son. Thank u all for make it a memorable day for us

We had a hassle free check-in and then allotted a room. The property was well maintained and taken care of regarding the cleanliness. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. All items were neatly organized for usage. The staff was courteous and easy to approach, staff members were well trained and knew their respective roles very well. The food and beverage services staff was efficient in clearing the crockery and arranging it on the dining table. The food was top notch with the quality, taste, and care was taken regarding the presentation of the dishes. We enjoyed both the options of a la cart e and buffet. The temperature of the induction was checked regularly for the items in the buffet. The chefs paid extra attention to the suggestions and recommended accordingly. The chefs were courteous and took extra care with the preparation of the recommended dishes. Overall, it was a delightful stay with nearby docks and walk in nature. We are planning a second visit to this property in the near future.

We went there for our 30th wedding anniversary. They treated us in a very special way. Excellent gesture from the entire staff. Very cordial. One of the best hotels if india. We have travel-led to many hotels but these people are too good. Excellent experience throughout
