Service, food, staff were amazing! had a little problem about drainage in the room for a while but after informing them, they did not only acted promptly but upgraded our room as a compliment!

Comfortable stay at convenient location in lonavala. Prompt service amd good food. Breakfast spread was adequate and tasty. Overall nice experience with good weather and spacious rooms.

Excellent hotel, we loved our stay! it was peaceful, extremely comfortable & the food served was delicious! the reception staff including karishma was courteous & helpful. The best part is it's disabled friendly so it's comfortable n safe for senior citizens to come here. Highly recommend.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff ( karishma ) was so helpful. She guided with places to visit around lonavala and was very soft spoken and accommodating. The atmosphere inside the hotel was very pleasing and the food was good

Stay was excellent, good food, spacious rooms. Hotel staff if very co-operative. Swimming pool was clean and maintained. So as play area for kids. Kids enjoyed a lot.

It was a great refreshing stay. The staff is highly courteous and rooms are well maintained. The resort has all necessary amenities to keep you engaged. There is an open air temperature controlled jacuzzi next to the pool which is quite refreshing. Breakfast spread is good and food quality is also good.

The stay was very good, pleasent, staff was very polite and rooms and washromm are very very clean, the hotel surrounding is very very excellent with ample parking space, i did stayed here for 3-4 times previously too and love to stay here again when i visit lonavala

Great place to be everything was fantastic right from room to food and special thanks to the staff everyone were on their toes prompt service by them. Thanks to suprabha as well very well spoken entire team is really good at the fern lonavala. This is not any paid review guys it's my personal experience hence i am sharing. Will visit again for sure far away from crowd and city.

Great experience. Perfect stay. Very very safe. All the staff members were very helpful, polite. Best ambiance. Big / clean / neat rooms. We got proper / timely help even at 05:00 am early morning ( 24*7. Ample amount of parking lots available. Food was amazing.

Property is good. The room was good. The staff were courteous and helpful. Food was good. They need to move the sports room to a different place as current location is moist. Overall good experience. The location is good as one can take the expressway to pune/mumbai easily.
