Excellent stay at fern

Welcome was great. All staff were great. My winter green premium room was great. It was just 1 floor above the reception floor. It had valley view and kanchenjunga view. Birthday cake ordered was amazing, celebrated wife's birthday at hotel restaurant. Restaurant food is costly and some item may be found average in taste which we observed but overall food good. Driver arranged for sightseeing was great. Tea were available in early morning as well. Enjoyed kanchenjunga view from room itself on 2nd day morning time and even you can see from roof top.

Wonderful stay at the fern denzong, gangtok

We had a very comfortable stay at the fern denzong, gangtok. The staff was very prompt and understanding. It is located very close to the mg road markket and the valey view rooms have a great view

The hotel is located in proximity to mg marg. We booked winter green premium room which has great view. The size of the room was big enough to accommodate an extra bed. The staff is helpful and supportive. The breakfast options are limited but suit the requirements. We also tried lunch and dinner at hotel's tamarynd restaurant. The food was good. Overall a wonderful experience.

Hotel denzong was a very pleasant place to stay. Our booking was winter premium green room with valley view that was very big, luxurious and every facility was available and the bathroom was quite nice and clean. They have restaurant cum bar at ground floor which is very good. The food taste was awesome. They also have a pestry corner and zym & rooftop from their view of valley was amazing. Overall it was a quite memorable stay at ferndang denzong hotel.

Clean hygeinic - close to mg marg professional and courteous staff

Very cordial staff and hotel room was very clean. Good view. Breakfast was good as well. Only drawbacks would be - tried contacting reception few times before reaching but there was no response. But otherwise stay was very comfortable.

We stayed in several hotels in gangtok and found this one to be the best so far. We received a warm welcome from the front desk upon arrival, along with a welcome drink. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the valley. The food was excellent with plenty of variety for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps away from mg marg. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would definitely recommend it to others as it offers great value for money.

Absolutely delightful stay. The staff - extremely courteous and helpful. The food and breakfast spread wonderful. The location - just 5 mins walk from mg marg. The rooms were clean, spacious and wonderful views. Highly recommended. Would surely re-book here whenever i am visiting gangtok again.

Amazing stay at the fern denzong

It was such a wonderful stay at the fern denzong resort. We came from zuluk to gangtok and all the fatigue and tiredness was removed in this hotel. The ambiance, food and comfort is un paralleled. The behaviour of the staff is just fantastic. I am definitely coming back here if i visit gangtok again.
