Consistently Excellent Stay at Fern Residency, Ajmer”
I recently returned from my third stay at Fern Residency, and it continues to impress. This hotel in Ajmer offers spacious rooms and a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, making the experience all the more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Rajesh and Majeet from housekeeping for their outstanding service. The restaurant staff also went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I look forward to returning!

property is good. service is also good. Only food delivery to table took hours but food was good. Though a nice stay at reasonable price. buffet breakfast has to improve.

stay at the Fern Ajmer was comfortable and without hassles. Its location is very close to the Ana Sagar Lake and in the middle of the city. The room was nice and though our stay was short, it was a time well spent.

The room was terrible the staff don't have manners how to talk with guest .The overall experience was very very bad .

location is good, food taste is also good but also experienced difference in rates, example if you go to dine in at the hotels restaurant they charge water bottle at 40rs per bottle and if you go for open bar area of the hotel then water bottle charge is 60 rs per bottle. whereas when you do the room booking water bottle is complementary. Open bar i can understand but at least the place where dine in is arranged, a water bottle should be served for free. washroom area isn't that spacious, rest all OK.

Average Stay
Food is good, service is good, hygiene is a problem. They give you a room which is not used for a long time and smelly and when complain they will make you wait and clean in front of you. There was a huge pillar in our room with two windows which u can’t use bcoz of the pillar and too small rooms. It’s far away from dargah and ajmer station. Overall it was an average experience. They have staff which is very irresponsible they will fight in front of the guest. It might be quite normal for them.

not happy with service
Not that great food and there are not upgrading the customer.there is no amenities and location is very far from Dargah
