Nice hotel with attractive interior we enjoyed our stay food served in buffet was delicious, staff behaviour was very good quick respondent and always ready to help u. 05 star luxury they are providing.

The location is good. In-house parking is available, which is a very big boon on the otherwise overcrowded area. The services provided by the hotel are excellent. The staff is friendly and professional too. The reception staff is very efficient with a smile. The amenities offered meet the expectations. It's worth a stay.

Fern residency is really very comfortable. Parking was well managed by the hotel. We had our lunch in their restaurant and was good. I would say it's best hotel to stay in amritsar.

Me and my family we enjoyed our stay very nice hotel with superb enterior in room and restaurant, entire staff is well manner and professional, front office staff is very helpful l roof top pool and sky-bar having superb view in evening, overall a superb experince, visit soon in future.

Superb stay we had in holy city amritsar hotel is very neat and clean, room with city view assigned to us entire staff is very co operative and helpfull, front desk help us a lot about sightseeing, local market and famous food points. Overall a very nice experience will visit again soon

The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of mall road and is hardly 10-15 mins away from the railway station. The check in process was pretty smooth and as requested they had assigned the two rooms close to each other and on the highest floor. The room service was great whether there was any technical issue or food order requirement, the phone call was always attended to and services prompt. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and had a varied option. Getting tuktuk right outside the hotel is a huge convenience point when wanting to travel to golden temple and the nearby places. Even the pool seemed well maintained and we were happy when on request they allowed our kids to be in the pool till 7pm. Overall a memorable stay and highly recommended when visiting amritsar.
