I have always stayed here on my trip to chandigarh. Location, service, staff, hygiene, amenities food etc all are perfect. Two things on which the hotel can improve is for buffet i didn’t find any bakery item like cake, croissant etc. At times after breakfast one feels having a slice with tea or coffee. That experience was missing. Secondly, i asked for a bucket of ice and was charged for it. Although nominal but it seemed strange. I have never been charged for ice at any hotel i have ever stayed at. I think something like this should be free. It doesn’t cost the hotel much to make ice and hence charging for something so basic can be avoided.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, managed to check in right on arrival without any hassles I was handed over my key. Rooms were decent enough and the toiletries present were of good quality and had a very smooth checkout. Will love to visit them again if at all I am visiting Chandigarh.

I had a great stay at the fern residency. It was near the main city of chandigarh. I also felt her safe despite being a solo woman traveller. The staff are all courteous and professional. I faced no issues at all. I would surely choose the fern in the future. It can be a bit expensive if you're staying by yourself but the safety the hotel offers makes up for the price.
