The The Fern Residency Galaxy Mall is very conveniently located. The rooms are nacre and clean and spacious. The beds very nice. There are no many mirrors and plug points. The balcony had a wonderful view. The washrooms are very good and has all necessary attachments. The check in and check out was smooth and quick. The staff at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff and even the security guards were very prompt, polite and courteous. But the highlight of the stay was the breakfast. It was super awesome. It can match any 5 star restaurant. Overall we are completely satisfied. Will visit again and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Whenever we go asansol we normally stay at fern residency. We demand polo ground view room bcoz lots of memories are associated with this place. The The Fern Residency Galaxy Mall location is good, staffs are cooperative & food is really good specially d buffet breakfast. As soon as we arrived, we were served welcome drinks & then escorted to d designated room. Here rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Bathroom is also clean & good. Only d wooden room floors were not so clean bcoz they need regular mopping having booked room through mmt, also we got 20% discount in food & beverages we ordered. Overall our stay was fantastic at fern residency, asansol.

This property is almost 15 mins away from the asansol railway junction by car. Overall in asansol, it is quite a good property to stay. Located just behind the galaxy mall, this property can be given 4/5 due to its hygience and staff behaviour. Rooms are big but it can work on its room decoration and upgrade further. I would like to give a special mention to the complimentary breakfast which has a vide spread including poha, luchi, bread, eggs, dosa, juice to many others and tastes good. Overall it was a good stay.

We had complementary breakfast the next of our visit the food was good, being a dietician, i was charmed that the menu displayed was really, superb. Detox water, nuts and oilseeds, boiled vegetables, everything was well balanced. The taste of food was also good. Ambience of the room the interior, the furniture, even the wash room each and every thing was excellent. Behavior of the staff, was also good. Thank you

We went as couple, the room was nice, spacious but only problem is room didn't has any king size bed, only twin bed room. The quality of food was more or less good. They made indian foods better than chinese. The breakfast was nice but the fish preparation was not good and fresh. The front desk people were prompt but not very helpful, but the housekeeping and room service boys were helpful and prompt.

Stay was very comfortable, staff is really nice, pricing is reasonable. I had noodles and chilli chicken and it was worth it. The only this i didn't like was the prices for liquor items, i ordered only 3 beer of 95rs each mrp, and the bill came out as 1200, which i don't think is justified, but keeping this aside cause this won't matter to a lot of people it was a really good stay.

The staff behaviour is really appreciable, the management was supportive, clean and hygiene maintained in a top notch, The Fern Residency Galaxy Mall amenities were perfectly arranged in place, the food was delicious. Overall it's a great experience and perfect hospitality. The room were spacious. Especially i liked the ambience of the room with the outside view of the city.

This is the third time we stayed in this The Fern Residency Galaxy Mall, for its convenient location, large, well-laid out rooms and decent breakfast spread. The view from the rooms overlooking the polo ground is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, though on occasions they could have been more flexible. Certainly recommended for travelers passing through asansol.

A pleasant stay with family for the period from 24th to 27th April'2023 and overall experience was awesome. Cleanness & Hygienic was absolutely remarkable. Food quality was very nice & delighted.

It was a pleasant experience, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was good. Staff and food both are great. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was yummm. But as in lunch and dinner i would prefer if they add more things in the menu. As a vegetarian options were limited. Overall nice The Fern Residency Galaxy Mall and good experience.

It was a wonderful stay. The staffs were very helpful and well mannered. The rooms were spike and span. The parking was well organised and very well looked after. Would love to experience such a splendid stay again.
