The fern residency in Hubli was on the way to airport and clearly visible with its extinguish outside look; Our stay was quite comfortable & enjoyable; rooms were neat & clean; Hot water shower with toiletries from BIOTIQUE were soothing; the one of the favourite part from the stay was breakfast, quality healthy food to fill our guts; special mention to restaurant interior; staff were kind; but the most favourite part of the stay is MMT discounts..

expected better service
Rooms were fresh and well equipped with basic amenities but if we see the hospitality part it’s seems poorly trained. The staff took 10 mins to provide the food invoice making me stand at counter. Secondly to give invoice at reception they took 20 minutes. Staff is not that communicative. If it improves then it shall meet the international standards.

1- reception: the reception crew is all over the place , fidgeting with the documentation, system. Trying to find out what something which I am not sure. With a mass check in I am sure this system would break down. 2. Rooms: cockroaches in room, AC doesn’t work, FAn at full sped, bathroom not cleaned properly. 3. Asked an iron box which would have been purchased by hotel when it was built newly, the wires of the iron box was short and cut at different place glued with tape. 4 breakfast experiences: decent I would not expect a tier 2 city to be very lavish

Worst 4 star hotel ever
Worst experience at Fern hubli quite contrasting to the UK 27 fern belgaum I stayed few months back.This was my first time to hubli the reception staff were pathetic and the rooms allocated were not worth the 4 star experience.Leaky bath shower,Broken shady mirrors,Smelly rooms and unresponsive house keeping and reception made the stay and experience even more miserable.The breakfast was alright but the vada and paddy served were cold and rubbery.Cang believe this is a 4 star property just went with the brand name and experience I had in belgaum but got conned instead.
