Enjoyed our stay in Jaipur.
The property is well-maintained and located in a very good area. The food, amenities and services were all satisfactory and made for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to include at least one traditional Rajasthani dish in the morning breakfast to give guests a taste of the local flavor.

Exceptional Stay at The Fern Residency, Jaipur
I recently stayed at The Fern Residency, Jaipur, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The interiors were elegant, well-maintained, and offered all modern amenities one could ask for. The food was exceptional — every meal, whether breakfast or dinner, was delicious and freshly prepared with great variety in both Indian and continental options. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making every dining experience enjoyable. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the people — from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for relaxation. Overall, The Fern Residency, Jaipur, offers a perfect blend of comfort, service, and value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaipur — whether for business or leisure — and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Disappointing Stay
Getting a table for breakfast is difficult here due to limited tables and a huge crowd. We ordered ala-carte and took 1 hour to get our order. Corridors are stinky, and they provide 2 complimentary water bottles per day. Provided early check-in at 11:30am. I wouldn't recommend this for staying with family.

location not good for business traveler as its ok for tourists . not enough space of parking need fo keep outside the property. renovation work going on. food is OK Type. roof top small restro bar very ok type just like you seating in your home terrace. costliest drinks not having that variety food quality is costly and taste is average same for breakfast counter not that impressive in the pricr tag hotels.

Property is located right near entratof jaipur from Agra road.Most of tourists spots are located within 30min vicinity.Rooms were neat and cleam with all basic amenities.Food quality was good . There is spa facility also within property.

The room cleaning was very bad on second day of stay. Tea cups were not cleaned dustbins were not emptied Towels not replaced and water bottles not placed. Coffee/tea bar not cleaned. Such experience happened first time with us.

I recently stayed at the Fern Residency Jaipur and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, with easy access to Amer Fort, jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal and so many tourists places. The food was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. Good hotel
It is a good hotel. The rooms are not suitable for in-room dining as there is no place/space to keep the plates and utensils. The food quality is good. À la carte food was good, and even the buffet breakfast was also great (without any chilli or spices).

Poor Stay
The stay was pleasant, the food options were good, and the rooms were aesthetic and modern at the same time The only complaint is why are guests not allowed to enter the room when it only for a couple of hours. People at the reception call me and say - ‘we have viewed the camera recording and you need to take your guests out of the room Immediately or pay extra charges’ I dont think this message and the tone is appreciated for premium hotels like this one
