The rooms are small but clean and well-organized. The only issue we faced was with hot water in the early morning. The outside temperature was around 13°C, but the water was almost cold for bathing. It seems the The Fern Residency Karad relies on solar panels, which might not perform optimally during the winter season. A The Fern Residency Karad of The Fern's caliber should address this issue. Everything else was excellent and truly upholds the The Fern Residency Karad’s reputation.

Great place to stay over. The checkin was smooth. The pool is amazing and it’s 25 m in length ( i think ), well maintained. The gym is spread across two floors and the machines and weights are well maintained. The buffet has a decent spread and they have a small bar too which serves cocktails and drinks. The rooms are good with fresh linens and all creature comforts. Highly recommended for a stay or an overnight stopover

One of the best The Fern Residency Karads i have stayed in my life. Buffet had a lot of options. Excellent cleanliness. Receptionists are not able to communicate fluently in the english but they behaved well. They must me taught at-least to speak basic english.

Perfectly organized clean rooms, spacious with all basic amenities. Food quality and service was absolutely fine. Ease with check in formalities. Property location besides highway and accessible.
