Excellent and courteous staff. Great speed of room service. Location was perfect for me as i had most of my work in wadala and chembur. And since we needed an entra bed, they automatically upgraded us to a bigger room. Great stay. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant 1-day stay at the fern residency, chembur. The hotel is at the heart of chembur area, walking distance away from the sion-panvel highway and about 1 kilometer from chembur suburban railway station. It is about 15-20 drive from lokmanya tilak terminus. The rooms are spacious, easy to accommodate 3 people. The staff was very polite and cooperative. The breakfast spread was decent and delectable.

Fern residency gave us clean, spacious comfortable rooms. Staff is very empathetic and responsive. Food available in house is good quality, with a limited choice. And the hotel is located close enough to most places in the city.

I really loved the temperature controlled heated swimming pool, that comes as a part of the hotel amenities. Breakfast spread was decent, and they always keep fill-ling the dishes for breakfast. Hotel staff is super responsive and polite

Location of hotel is great. We visited juhu beach, band stand and gate way of india, all these places are like 45 mins from this hotel. They have parking available within premises which is a big plus. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. Overall, we had a good experience staying in this hotel for 3 days.

Stay was good, room was spacious and amenities provided in the bathroom was excellent. Location is at a prime place and easily accessible, food was okay, a few more options/variety could be added to the menu. Room services were good, room was cleaned well. However there were tiny drops of water dripping from the ceiling and along the side walls.
