The Fern Residency Woodland, Pune

This The Fern Residency Woodland, Pune is under renovation. But the room was really good( i had booked a non ac room being january. We had a little issue with the room access card. Due to some problem the room access card wasn't working and every-time i went out and returned i had to inform reception to open our room which they did promptly. The bathroom had a slight leakage issue and water was not draining quickly from the bathroom area. The The Fern Residency Woodland, Pune is situated on a main road(sadhu vaswani road) and is easily accessible from pune railway station( 10 mts walk. Parking is avlbl at the premises. Overall a good experience at this price range. They hv an in house veg restaurant as well which i didn't try out. Nearby thr are lot of restaurants, but the one i tried out was sagar restaurant bang opposite to pune station where south indian food was delicious. Overall not a bad experience at a budget price. Also i request the management to look into these small issues so that your customers hv a wonderful experience at your The Fern Residency Woodland, Pune.

4. The overall experience was pleasant. All staff members were polite and very prompt. Food was yummy and the best thing was its location. It was near pune railway station and bus stand. The room was very clean the only negative point was the bed. We expected the king size or double bed sized single bed but we got two separate beds with two separate mattresses. Though it was adjacent to each other but due to the gap between mattresses it made us a little uncomfortable while sleeping. Thank you.

It was a pleasure staying at this brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the mall. Marina is a nice The Fern Residency Woodland, Pune with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. No thanks. Dnd

The room was clean and tidy. They provided tea kit when asked for. Warm water was available. The location which was near railway station was a boon. The food quality was awsome. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner which was tasty and hygienic.

Comfortable stay with decent amenities. Breakfast was also good. For a normal The Fern Residency Woodland, Pune without five star amenities this is very good. Plus it is near station and at a central point to all places in the city.

Property is nice and just walking distance from pune railway station. I booked executive ac room for 3 nights. Room was good but small. Bathroom is ok and can b improved. Linen and towel was clean. Breakfast has little options

It was good staying specially location, peaceful and easy to go any tourist places. Just one recommendation to remove the two single beds and put one large bed that makes easy to rest.
