Location
The property is located in a beautiful mountainous area with a pleasant foggy weather experience. It is centrally located to most tourist points and has a few restaurant options in close vicinity. However, the location is a bit odd and requires driving at least 5 km to get a cup of tea. The township is not well-maintained, and the water from the aquaguard was dirty. The apartment complex is under construction, making it difficult to locate the building. The flat did not have a visible identifier, making it challenging to find. The estate is situated in Kasara Valley, making it perfect for those who love peace and nature. The Fog City derives its name from the consistent foggy altitude amongst the mountains and wind flow. Camel Valley is within walking distance to have a peek.
Cleanliness
The apartment was clean, with clean beds, clean kitchen, and all needed things nicely kept. However, the basic amenities need to be upgraded and well-maintained. The refrigerator was stinking, and the beds were sofa cum beds, not real beds. The tables were not cleaned properly, and rice and other stuff could be spotted on them. The towels and bedsheets were not washed correctly. The charges were high, and the cleanliness was below ordinary. The half-constructed building and abandoned society made the place feel scary. The utensils in the kitchen were stained.
Value for money
The property was pocket-friendly and had a great accessible location. It was a lovely apartment, and the campus was nice. However, the charges were high for the type of apartment, and better options were available around. The charges were high, but the services and cleanliness were below ordinary. The apartment was a good option and had a pleasant stay. The apartment was value for money with all facilities in a studio apartment.

The place of the hotel is very scary. Actually it is not a hotel but a building of flats where very few people live. There was no one in the building where i was staying except me. I did not get any room service here. There was no security guard either. Due to which i faced a lot of trouble at the time of check in. I was not able to find my flat because there was no room service. That is why i checked in one and a half hour late. The person whose number was given by makemytrip was also out of town. This hotel is not professional at all. For this reason i would not recommend anyone to stay here.
