Maintenance of the property was poor. Also, food spread was below average. overall, not value foe money experience

Staff were exceptionally good and polite..Some basic things if they implement it, it would be exceptionally good like time management . Overall it a good property

If you are travelling a single family, this place is not for you. There are very less things to do within property and absolute nothing outside property. The food quality was below average and you do not have any choice outside. We asked for extra mattress , and that was hard enough to add to discomfort. Rooms were not equipped when basic dental and other kits, and also no hot water kettle also provided. When thought to contact, there was no one at reception desk till 7:30 am. I am reviewing it honestly, one of the worst experience ever. The price point to experience are negatively correlated.

Food not good , hospitality is not good , staff behaviour was bad they are not so cooperative prefer baghaan over fort if you want good hospitality and enjoyment

in one word Horrible.. it doesn't even meet the basic cleanliness and hygiene that you expect while you are on a trip. the photos int he description has been taken quote intelligently but the easl issues are within the room. we had booked almost 6 rooms and one of the from got flooded due to damp in the ceiling and the room had to change but it's like from one shabby room to the other . hotel staff is rigid and unprofessional they have no empathy for guests

Fort unchagaon is a wonderful weekend getaway. Just 2.5 hrs away from NCR. Good hospitality by staff. Calm and serene. Would recommend to anyone looking for a 1-2 day outing

I and my wife went for short peaceful break from delhi to fort unchegaon from 21st jean to 23 rdjan 25. We had a comfortable stay and being seniors were well looked after during our stay. The property lacks in maintenance and some areas are under renovation. There are a number of activities for children also in their sprawling lawn. The food was very good and catered to our requirements during the stay. The staff was very well behaved & courteous. I will make a special mention of the mgr abhishek mishra, chef chauhan and prince chauhan who attended to all our needs. The canal road leading to the hotel has also been re carpeted and makes the drive pleasurable. Over all a very good experience.

Weekend trip with my pet to this heritage property. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous however they can be groomed better to handle multiple groups and bigger crowds.
