They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Rooms are big, washroom is big, clean property, intercom issue, food is lovely and reasonable. 2 minutes from station

Hotel has a very limited amount of options for complimentary breakfast also there is no buffet. Rest everything was good

Best part is hospitality of the staff. The Lounge on the top floor has beverage provisions. the rooms are spacious and clean, and it's walkable distance from the Railway Station, Airport is nearby and you get auto just at the gate of the hotel. The Swimming pool was under maintenance. one suggestion - Mini Fridge can be added to the rooms. the food quantity is good. however can include more Chinese cuisine in the list.

Food is not good. Hotel is clean. Thy have to improve the quality of there food. Hotel rooms are big with all basic enimities

The location is perfect for those travelling without their personal vehicle as you can easily get an auto, and near to the train station. I am not actually complaining but there was no housekeeping staff to clean the room, and change the sheets. There were frequent power cuts in the morning and the room that was provided to me was a deluxe ac room as I was there with a colleague for a seminar. If not for these, the stay was good.

Everything is good except room no 201 more preferable as whenever i visit i want to stay in 201 but instead i always get 301 if possible next stay onward s i prefer 201

Frequent electricity cut, no major spread of food available especially in breakfast. Electric kettle was not working condition, geyser was not working in the morning.

The hotel location is very close to railway station. Location is nice as well as rooms are also fine with proper amenities. I came to hotel at around 12:30 pm but they told room is not ready and provided me one room at ground floor for refresh purpose but that room was horrible. After that i waited till 1:30 pm for room which was not comfortable for someone. They have almost nil options for compliment breakfast and provided oil dipped puri and sabji and taste was terrible. Suggest everyone to not book this hotel with complimentary breakfast. Their in house menu is costly and better to order something from swiggy which would be better choice

Very pathetic customer behaviour from hotel staffs, this is worst stay at any hotel since now.
