Rooms are very nice and spacious, Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. Mr. Tiwari/Dubey ji (front Desk) very nice. Hotel Galaxy is good and comfortable. Location in Market, Safe car parking available, Lift not available, room service available, hotel restaurant yet to be started.

Decent stay at a very nice location. Property is quite old and the bathroom in the room which i was staying had a broken tap. Nice staff though.

Average Stay
Had some electrical issues early into the check-in and there is a lack of basic toiletries. But it was ok as per the interior location of Mirzapur. Average stay experience.

Great hotel, nice clean room and bathroom, courteous and prompt staff. All in all a nice experience. Parking available and at a good location for vindyavasni temple visit.

Sab ko negative phele suna hai. To khojte khojte ek mil hi gaya rooms are not sound proof. Bhar ki awaz ander at i hai. Jaise kisi room ka gate khulna etc. But rest was peaceful and helpful. All staff as well as manager

Pros and cons
Pros 1. Good nature and very accommodating. 2. Provided early check in when requested 3. Upgraded room on extra charge cons 1. All doors lock system is very old and often gets stuck 2. Food service at room is very delayed 3. Hot water supply in first floor rooms not working
