Cleanliness is a term this place seems to not understand or know. State of washroom looked as if it has not been cleaned for days. Curtains, sofa, linen has fresh stains of cleaning the hands.

A good satisfactory room with reasonable price
Good hygiene, Good service it could be better , room was exact as i saw in pics, only one thing I found strange was free mineral was only one bottle for one day rest all was charged by them at the time of check out, they didn't even told us

had a wonderful experience at the Gamora From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping. The location was perfectclose to key attractions but still quiet enough to relax.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next visit!

Rooms, cleanness was awesome. But i ordered tea two time no one came to deliver even i was ready to pay. Seriously i was too much disappointed with this type of service.

The hotel cleaning, towels, and management were very pathetic hotel kitchen was not open, and the food quality and quantity of the breakfast were very bad.

Improvement require in hotel rooms as rain water comes inside the room, bathrooms choked with water on the floor, no kitchen and food available for guest, service is also not upto the mark, no medical emergency medicines, towels and bedsheets are dirty
