Review Of The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time there were a few issues. The hot water wasn’t working in the room, and the room itself seemed poorly maintained. However, the breakfast was very good as always.

The aesthetic of the hotel is top-notch — elegant, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The location is excellent too, within walking distance from Colva Beach, the market, and several good restaurants. However, a few things could have been better. The balcony light wasn’t working, and water clogging in the corridor wasn’t cleared even after informing the staff. The extra mattress we had included in our booking was only provided after two reminder calls. Also, we found a small wooden piece in the breakfast, which was quite disappointing. Overall, a beautiful property in a great location, but the management and housekeeping standards need improvement to match the hotel’s premium look.

The room was damp and smelled odd. The room service was poor. Otherwise the location is good and the ambiance was superb.

Rooms were clean and staff was courteous. Room service is top notch. Game room is present which is good for kids.

This hotel never disappoints. It has become our go-to-hotel when in north Goa. The staff is extremely supportive.

We stayed at The Golden Crown, Colva for a night and had a pleasant experience. We had requested a room on a higher floor, and it was allotted to us as requested — complete with a bathtub. All amenities in the room were functional. Though we checked in late at night, the receptionist was very helpful and ensured we were comfortable and settled in smoothly. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which we were informed about in advance, so there were no surprises. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety. A special mention to the restaurant Manager Hemath and his team who was very helpful. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were courteous. A good short stay!

Please make a note on neatness of bedsheets n little bit on food, rest everything is good staff is very helpful n joyful 😊. Thank you 💓

Disappointing Experience at The Golden Crown Hotel, Goa I recently stayed at The Golden Crown Hotel in Goa, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The hotel seemed old and neglected, with visible signs of wear and tear. The swimming pool was not functioning, which was a major letdown. The reception area's washrooms were unhygienic and had a strong unpleasant odor. The overall ambiance felt eerie and unwelcoming. Given the hotel's condition, I would not recommend it to others. Perhaps the management needs to focus on maintenance and upkeep to improve the guest experience.

This i was worse stay. All things broken, insects all over washroom. Terrible place. Would never recommend this place to anyone

Really bad experience, pool was closed, property is okayish, fool quality is really bad, breakfast is worst.

The view of the hotel was good. The rooms were neat and clean.Food was good. All the services like spa, swimming pool and many others were available.

Rooms are good but AC is not affective. Food and service is good. AC is not at all working in restaurant dining hall.

The location is close to the beach and easy to access. Food is great. The room was clean.Staff was so polite and helpful. All the resort areas were well maintained. The pool was not clean.

Our family had a grate time in golden crown, food was awesome and staffs were friendly..... Room were clean and neat....we Felt like we are in 5 star Hotel. ... Thank you The Golden Crown for giving us wonderful memories ❤️❤️❤️

extension not ground floor room another gests like mouse and lizards are also available to welcome you..if you on the switch of AC then you will get dobule bonnaza with tv that will automatically on after that if you are late to check out by 5 minute to 15 minute then you have to pay one day room charge..no matter rooms are available or not on the same date and you can't stay in the room after paying charge. ultimatly management decison is considered final decison.
