It was a great experience of stay at the hotel. Amazing mountain view from the hotel will make your day. Services of the hotel are awesome and the food at hotel was delicious. It's the best place of stay in pelling.

The stay at the golden retreat pelling has been really really comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff here is really good and cooperative. The view from the room is breathtaking. I would recommend everyone to come here without hesitation.

Beautiful property, offering awesome views of the mighty kanchenjunga. If you are lucky with the weather. The property has a restaurant and the services are priced reasonably.

Excellent stay. Service was very good specially due to mountain view rooms we had excellent view from room balcony itself. Food was on time as requested. Overall a pleasant and warm experience

knowing that the property has opened only a month back it was a great deal and worth the price for mountain view rooms. location wise good. the behavior of staff name ashis was good and was very helpful. the only drawback is the climb down the steep stairs to enter and exit the hotel. people with short breath and limb issue may find ot extremely difficult. overall had a good experience to stay for 2 nights at golden retreat thank you 😊

The hotel is 39 steep steps below the ground level which you have to climb down and up each time you need to access the hotel. The rooms are further down. Access is horrible. However the view of kanchenjunga from the balcony was awesome

This is the worst service. I had to make some changes on the date for which they declined my request and my money got wasted. The staff who talked over the phone was very rude.
