room was not clean with flies. AC was not working when we went inside. Bed was not clean.

Room was fine, but the parking area was poorly managed, and the bathroom facilities for drivers were not clean or well-maintained.

Old property, not clean, no toiletry, breakfast is limited and not good, smelly torn linens with marks.

One of the finest hotels. Quite a good stay and friendly staff. We a family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed the stay @ Hycinth - pretty clean swimming pool, fully operational gym are great value add.

I am a frequent visitor to Kanyakumari and have dined at your restaurant in the past, which left a positive impression. Based on that, I decided to book my stay at your property – unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The room and common areas were reeking of a strong fungus/mold smell, making the stay quite unpleasant. We also noticed constant water seepage throughout the property, even when there was no rainfall, which further highlights the lack of proper maintenance. Cleanliness and overall upkeep were far below acceptable standards. Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others and will certainly not consider staying here again.

it's was nice but lunch was not good, especially Allu parrata there wasn't good and they weren't given gravy

Rooms were in compact size, but were clean. Toilet ventilation is not proper so there is bad smell in toilet, also space is less in toilet. There is no view of city or beach through windows, a wall is being seen through windows, which feels like suffocation. Breakfast food is good but same menu which is okay. In hotel restaurant food is good quality and normal rates. Overall experience is average. Please check hotel rooms once before booking.

Excellent location ,very close to key attractions (beach, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, temples) and easily walkable. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Decent value for money,

Restaurant / Food: Mixed, but overall there are guests who enjoyed the food; the multi‑cuisine restaurant “The Curry” is part of the appeal.

After check-in a few hours later I had to change the room because some wooden ceiling stuff was falling on the bed, after that the AC had issues and needed to be foxed and the worst part was the buffet breakfast, cold and not at all up to the mark.

the room which was allotted firstly was not clean at all. everywhere there was dirt, on chair bed everywhere. the ac was also not working at all. also was making weird noises. then on complaint they gave diff room, still it wasn't clean properly. all over the hotel was not clean at all. lobby and everywhere there was dirt. Food was also not good of the hotel "the curry" only good about the stay was the staffs were good and the location is good. sunrise point was very near, the ferry and amma temple was in wlking distance. but in that location i could see many other hotel too which can be preferred. the hotel really needs to be cleaned properly.

The location is good, breakfast is okay. Facilities are not that great. The WiFi network in the room was very poor. For early check-in, just 6 hours before the scheduled check-in time, they charged Rs.1000 extra, that too, without breakfast. This seemed quite high.
