I changed 3 rooms in half hour , 1st rooms had cockroaches , 2nd room they gave the bedsheets were used before me ... 3rd room again same story , the bedsheets were used... All 3 rooms were dirty and filthy , the passages were extremely dirty and no sweeping or cleaning done for atleast 3-4 days Complete dirty and unhygenic

I had a very disappointing stay at Richi Rich Apartment (Grand Anukampa), which I had booked through MakeMyTrip. My experience was unpleasant right from the beginning. During check-in, I had to wait nearly 30–40 minutes just to get basic bath linen. The door lock of my room was cracked from the outside, making it feel unsafe. The pillows were extremely dirty, with stained and rugged covers (attached photos as proof). The bathroom was very small and the shower light was not working, which made it uncomfortable to use. To make things worse, the management allowed other guests to play loud music until 2 AM, disturbing everyone’s peace. Though the staff members were polite and cooperative, the overall service quality and maintenance were terrible. Definitely not worth the price or the rating shown on the platform. I hope the management and MakeMyTrip take note of these issues seriously and ensure better standards for future guests.

Cleanliness was missing in Washroom. Tap issue, no fresh toilaatries in washroom. Attendant and receptionist were not professional.

This is one of the worst experience,They show you great photos while booking, but actual experience is very different, at anyone in Jaipur can get 3 star plus hotel, but this worst than -1 star. Staff don’t behave very good. There are so dirty that, smelly things. Generally hotel prefer white towel, but they are using dark red colour, so dirtiness can hidden. I have paid 500 extra for break fast, but in break fast they only give poha or aalu ka parata, while in menu there are a lot of options. They charged 30 rupees for 20 MRP bottle, i have taken photos of that bill and water bottle. This is biggest fraud going in this hotel, so please be careful

Terrible bed condition .. we check in and left within 5 minutes..request for refund

The room was poorly managed. The AC and TV were not working properly, and it took hours for the staff to respond to even a simple request. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Check-In & check-out was smooth and ambience was superb and a safe location to stay and room and food which they provide is upto the mark along with prices and you can explore jaipur famous places easily from here, everything was great but just one thing which i don't like if you order food from zomato, swiggy they don't allow the person to reach your doorstep and stop them at reception else everything was amazing. And yeah Rooftop Swimming pool and Spa services was cherry on the cake.

Staff attendant response are very disaapointing, i asked him atleast 4 times a shower gel & 1 extra towel for my partner .But unfortunately he never denied nor arranged, Hoping not to see this again

property was not so good the shower was broken and check-in was so late and delayed and I asked room service for a towel at 9 am ( I paid extra for early check-in) and that towel was provided to me at 3 pm and wifi was. not working even the guest was not in a proper attire and they were Just wearing formal cloths
