Everything was in working order. Heated running water, power, tv, an electric kettle, and a clean bed with clean pillows and sheets. The complimentary breakfast was just lovely 10/10

Grand Hotel is centrally located and particularly the room had a beautiful view of the valley. Staff is extremely courteous and very hard working. Hotel is well accessible from all of Aizawl. Food is good too…. Overall would rate the property to be 5 Star and same is the rating for the staff …. Will look forward to staying back again whenever Aizawl is on itinerary… Thanks once again for the outstanding hospitality.

Good and clean room, staff are all friendly and supportive, front desk and other staff are all helpful. Best hotel in town as we have to work till midnight but security always wait for our return. Thanks team

I booked for 5 nights and 4 days and to me…I had a good experience…except there’s one time water was running out in the middle of shower. But i called and get back immediately overall everything’s good. I will definitely come back every year for vocation

This is a budget property with average facilities, clean but small room and toilets, small and neat breakfast, small resto area, worlds smallest lift (fits 2 slim people at most) and little smiling people in reception. Food is average.
