Our experience was good and excellent

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was attentive, rooms were spotless, and the service was seamless. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth. Definitely one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had — highly recommended!

My stay here was extremely disappointing. They charge an additional ₹300 per stay upon arrival, which feels like a hidden fee buried in their terms and conditions. The room was in poor condition, with cockroaches visible in several areas. Basic amenities like dental kits and hand wash were not provided. There is no in-house food service, and even food deliveries are not allowed to your door—you have to collect your order personally from the reception every time. To make things worse, the pillows and blankets were dirty, showing clear neglect in cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, not worth the price. They seriously need to improve maintenance, transparency, and basic hospitality standards.

The hotel was beautiful,personnel were very kind and helpful I. Restaurant was delicious and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel provided great service, with courteous staf. jaipur travaling providing with lot's of options for everyone. Driver kishan ji on duty at the time of my checking in were very helpful and nice.

The property was extremely bad. Words can’t express the experience, this was one of the worst place I ever stayed. The room was badly rundown and after lot of complaints they changed my room the next day. It was like going from frying pan to fire, the room was also rundown. Stinky bathroom and cockroaches. There is a night club on the roof top and so at around 3 am on all the nights Random door bell ringing by people. All in all it was a nightmare.

Property location is the only best part rest all are poor or bad. From food to amenities to services are low level. The rooms are in bad condition, no one is bothered about services and ratings, customer service hardly matters for anyone associated with the property. First time I ignored the ratings and had suffered to do so
