Review Of The Grand Kartikeye Hotel

Hotel gave very bad service no proper food, no options for food, no fridge in the room, no hot water boiler in the room, no wi-fi working in the room. So i want to give only 1 rating for this hotel

my review for the hotel grand kartikeye: 1- they put the wrong location on Google map which is near to city center, they give their actual location after you call them. 2- i booked the hotel 1 week before, it was a deluxe room. i was given room number, as i soon i entered the room it was a mess, no foot mats, tv was not working, the bed sheets, pillow were all dirty, washroom was having used shampoo and filled with someone hairs. 3- i checked in the hotel at 4.30 pm but still they did not cleaned, i had to argue for everything everytime to get it fixed. their phone also not working, so had to go the reception every time. it took around 3.30 hours more for them to clean everything and change the tv, so till 7.30 pm i had to wait for them to fix everything but check images even after cleaning what was the condition. 4- they given me the room with no balcony, which was mentioned at the time of booking at there will be balcony. they said the they given me the last remaining room but i booked it 1 before how they can give me room which is like servant room, curtains had stains of oil and lipsticks check the images. 5- room was filled with big mosquitoes, i asked them to spray the room but room service never come and was phone was not working i was exhausted to go the reception everytime which was very far from my room. 6- somehow, i managed my night could not sleep because of mosquitos, next morning what i see in that washroom that they did not even provided me toothpaste and toothbrush, again i had to go downstairs and get it. basically, you have to argue for everything to get it done. they hotel is not worth to be 3 star, they lack professionalism and hospitality ethics, they should convert their hotel into a basic dharamshala with a rent of 500. please think 1000 times before booking this hotel. it was the last the day of my long himachal trip and they made it miserable

Location wise it’s lill difficult to find. And lill overpriced because there is no food variety. Hygienically it’s good rooms are clean and spacious. And it’s good for bachelors.

Hotel is newly built but they don’t have all the amenities they have mentioned. Overall the view is really good from the rooms. Market is also 2-3km if drove by car.

Must visit. Amazing place. Peaceful
