The overall experience was spoiled by the worst check-in experience one can ever have. I had called and confirmed while booking that early check in would be allowed since my train was reaching Dwarka at 7 am. However, on the day of check-in it was denied even when rooms were available. Families checked out in front of us and the hotel staff still said they wouldn’t allowed early check-in before 10 am even when we were ready to pay the early check-in fee. While I could have understood not getting an early check-in when all rooms were occupied but clearly that was not the case. This seemed foolish and I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms and food were good but if you have to sit for three hours to get your room or go outside and freshen up in a different hotel, then what’s the point of booking here.

As we informed you upon your arrival at 7:00 AM, our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, which is clearly stated online. As you wished to check in five hours before the standard time, and the hotel was at 100% occupancy, we were unable to offer an early check-in. Our standard procedures require rooms to be vacated and thoroughly cleaned before new guests can occupy them. If you wish to have a room available for an early morning arrival in the future, we recommend booking the room for the night prior to your arrival. Sincerely,

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Location is very convenient for Dwarkashwer temple visit and shopping. Hotel food is good and my whole family enjoyed the food.

The room is tidy,have good vibes and a placed at good location. Standard room lacks liitle space especially the bathroom. Their is scope of improvment, as 4-star hotel little more amenities should be added such as bathrobes, room slippers, some drinks and snacks in the room. Very Good Hotel with clean Rooms, The temple view And Sea view from room was awesome. The restaurant is also good and the staff is very nice. I enjoyed stay there. The only issue I feel the surroundings of hotel is not clean. It is near the vegetable market which feels very cheap and dirty while going to the temple else everything is good.

Property location is amazing but it's not main Dwarkadhish temple view it's partical sea view , our room wore spacious very good only issue is bathroom are slippery the tiles use should had been anti skid pls check before any accident also no welcome drink or 10% discount given on room dining as mentioned in MakeMyTrip voucher also driver food not upto mark poor quality also stay not good for drivers as mentioned The Premier Gir resort 1

every thing is ok and best of this hotel but they not care about multiple room booking if you booked 2 or more rooms than they not care for that things they assign 1 room on second floor, 1 room on third floor or any other floor need to check once how much bookings you have and how can you assign rooms per family Not per room persons

I have made 2 bookings there 1st was ok but 2nd room was stinking I have complained about the multiple time but still there was same issue and also they did not changed my room I have to stay there whole night
