Overall it was ok. Just that the rooms are small as compared to price. Bathrooms are also small. Staff was helpful. Some sparking in fan regulator. Swimming pool didn’t seem active as the water levels were only half filled.

A good night stay near adlabs imagica.. Deluxe rooms are large and spacious, clean and elegant. Pool and open area are good. Morning montain view is awesome and pure vegetarian breakfast is a cherry on top.

we had booked Deluxe category with a mountain view but when we went there they told us that the mountain view rooms are been under pest control and we can't give you the mountain view view room and they allotted as the back room so we demanded them to cancel the booking wanted to charge us more money to give us and upgrade because it was not afford reading agree to that statement and we told him to cancel the booking but after that finally after giving he gave us the room which day light to a saying it was under the pest control because in that particular being there no customers and they didn't wanted us to place there in that room so that they can avoid the electricity bill for the outside area also they ask us to give an under taking and give us a signature that if suppose anything happens we are responsible and not the property that the rooms were under press control the lights the room not done pest control and it was and horrible experience and the Grand Leela the staff is superb the boy Rohit was super

Hotel is good but service is not so good, we will share one example regarding food As per menu we given some order but after 5 minutes he came and told dum aloo is not there after that he only given option zeera aalo so we told him pls order once again after 10 minutes he told zeera aaloo is not available and he is telling that vegetable guy do not provided aalo to hotel so this is not answer sute for this type of hotel. With us 4 years small girl is there and she is very hungry and aaloo items we are taking for her only but this type of service we get after 1 hour so I am very upset We get food after 1 hour and we pay food bill Rs 1500

Best location near to nature plus yummy food, hygiene and clean rooms, friendly staff. Soft water in bathroom.
