The Grand Legacy was a disappointing experience overall. The photos on MakeMyTrip showed valley views for Elegant rooms, but the rooms we got had no view at all—just a green patra sheet blocking everything. Totally misleading.
One of the Elegant rooms had a broken shower button, and the room itself wasn’t well maintained.
We also booked through MakeMyTrip expecting a 10% restaurant discount, but no one informed us during check-in. Our meals were billed to rooms booked directly by relatives, and we were only told about the discount (and its lapse) on the last day—again, poor communication from the staff.
The only positives were the courteous housekeeping staff and good food. Otherwise, this is just an average resort with lots of management issues.
Wouldn’t recommend unless these things are fixed.
