5. I have recently had a wonderful stay and the service is also very good or the staff is very friendly & corporative. Recently management has done a new ac installation which is quite cool. It is a memorable stay ever with my colleagues who enjoy groups. There are also pool options.

Location of the property is reachable at one shot. Interior, cleanliness and maintenance is well mannered. Hospitality of the staff and each member at the property is very nice. I have visited the property very first time and i would love to come back to again in future. Also the food is amazing. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Both owner and staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and with basic amenities. The caretaker can cook on demand.

Rooms were big and clean, staff was coperative. They could manage food but there is no proper kitchen, food is served in rooms, no dining area. Breakfast is included in tariff but they dont have buffet, they only serve 1 or 2 items in room. Rooms are suitable for males, for females and family not reccommonded.

1. Electicity gone and generator was also not working whole night i slept without light. No solution 2. No thermal flask for boiling drinking water. 3. No switch board in both side of bed due to which unable to charge laptop and phone and continue work. 4. Rooms door was basic like cheap. 5. Room space i liked it was spacious.

My experience was terrible. Mosquito lizards and many insects were in the room. There was no backup of the light, i had to finish my dinner in the mobile light. No land line phone in the room and didn't get proper customer care no to share my experience directly to customer care no. It took me more than a hour to speak with representative but they also couldn't resolve my problem.

Downside the are running a playgroup school and at the 3rd there are some rooms. There is no proper room service. No proper maintinace. The main worst this is in this property, there is no electricity backup and multiple time electricity will be gone. In only one night 6-8 time electricity had gone. It was horrible experince.

Very poor experience

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and i hope my feedback will be taken constructively to improve your services. 1. Overall experience: my overall experience was very poor during my stay. 2. Food quality: the quality of the food provided was below average and did not meet my expectations. 3. Limited food and drink options: i found that there were very few options available in terms of food and drink. 4. Billing issues: i encountered difficulties when trying to split or share the food bill. 5. Breakfast service: due to a gas shortage, i was unable to have breakfast during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. 6. Lockout incident: there was an issue with the door lock after 10 pm, and i had to wait outside for 15 minutes, which was frustrating and concerning. 7. Staffing concerns: it appeared that only three staff members were handling all the operations, which impacted the efficiency and service quality. 8. Overall satisfaction: this was an extremely disappointing experience for me. I hope you take these points into consideration to enhance the quality of services provided by your hotel. I believe addressing these issues will contribute positively to the satisfaction of your guests in the future.

No contact with hotel no proper location need to find another hotel at midnight 2. 30 am.
