Very bad

Nice stay. Room was worth it compared to its price. Overall a good experience. Lift should be there to reach the second floor.

Hotel is located at a good location in front of airport but following things to be improved 1) double bed is of non standard size and it should be of standard 6 x 6 feet size 2) small geyser is installed so sufficient hot water not available at the time of bath 3) as per winter adequate quality of blankets not provided 4 ) size of combined lat bath is under-size

We had booked a stay with family enroute to diu. Room size was average. Bed was very small queen size. Cleanliness of the room is average. You will find that the room is appropriate for staying overnight for some party. The bathroom are small and below average. It was difficult to even wash you face as the wash basin was extremely small. Western commode was leaking. Overall bathroom condition was not good. The bright spot was the service as one person stays close to the room and provides very basic assistance. No electric kettle in the room. Food was average but available till night 11 oclok

There place is in the hotel is not a good management and nothing to do well clean rooms, and nothing much any service providers to do make

This place is very accessible to the city area in amreli, nice, neat & clean rooms. Housekeeping is good.

I stayed there for a day with family for a marriage function. Good location with good rates.

There were some issues with the hotel's hygiene and bedding standards. It needs to improve.

Rooms are not great as shown in pic or hotel had a function may be they didn't had good rooms available. 1. Damp on wall and strange smell due to that 2. No chairs and table to sit and work but was there in pic 3. Over all staff behaviour was good but they said my breakfast will take 15 -20 mins so went to take shower but then i got 9 calls in 4 mins on mob and hotel phone. 4. Because they didn't bring chai(tea) in kettle. 5. I paid 300 extra for room with breakfast but all i got was a loo pratha and single cup of tea.

room are very unhygienic staff behaviour unprofessional charge extra ₹700 for couples he says we are not allow couples in a online booking first pay 700 for couple room 😌👎.

A word of caution to everyone. Only The name is Grand but nothing in The hotel resonated with The word Grand. Very small room with a very noisy neighborhood, a very bad restaurant, no lift, and The rooms are on The third floor. The room allotted first was smelling bad and also The bedsheets and towels provided were dirty and stained. In The vicinity, bhajans were being sung until midnight which made The stay all The more difficult. The morning there was no provision of breakfast and on personal request, they prepared breakfast and tea. The quality of tea and The way of serving (unclean teacups) was not up to mark. Sincere advice don't expect anything Grand except The prices.
