I had a wonderful stay! The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

good location around SOA hospitals . food was good. rooms were tidy.. laundry needed overhaul... good staff and behavious.

The stay was great, it is near to sum hospital in Bhubaneswar, also service provided from the staff was also great, and the food from the property was also great, so the whole stay was excellent

I had booked a premium room which was shown as a 350sq ft room, but what was given to us was not more than 250 sq ft

I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM and requested an early check-in at the reception. However, I was informed that no rooms were available, despite the fact that I had already confirmed in advance that I would be allowed early check-in. Eventually, I was given a room only after 11:30 AM. Upon entering the room, I discovered that the air conditioner was not working. I raised this issue multiple times (7–8 complaints), but no effective assistance was provided. The matter continued until 5:00 PM, causing me significant inconvenience. I then requested to be shifted to another room since I had already paid and was not receiving the expected service. Initially, my request was declined on the grounds of unavailability, but after repeated requests, I was finally allotted a different room.

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. Here are some issues I faced: 1. Room service was poor. 2. Bathrooms weren't clean, and there was water leakage. 3. Rooms were congested with insufficient space. 4. Toilet paper wasn't provided, and the floor was dusty. 5. Overpriced for the value offered. 6. Dinner was included in the booking, but I was served a simple thali worth ₹200 despite paying ₹800 extra. However, the restaurant staff were understanding and served a good dinner without extra charges. It seems there's a huge markup on dinner, with the hotel charging ₹700 extra per person while paying the restaurant only ₹150. Overall, a very bad experience."

This was my 2nd time stay in this hotel. 1st time was too good. But this time only complaint was about bedsheets and pillow cover . I checked in late night but found hairs on the bedsheets and pillow. I was too tired so didn't tell the room service so I myslef cleaned the bedsheets and went to sleep. As before staffs were well coming .

It was very good and staff were very courteous. Food was also okay. Rooms needed a bit revamp. Basic amenities were good. If tea/coffee vending m/c are provided in the room it would be good

The staffs are not at all friendly especially the restaurant. they are very rude talking very rude. overall all facilities are ok type very far from rail station.

It’s such a pathetic stay and ill maintained property which is not worth even rs. 500. No amenities provided, even the breakfast was not worth the money added to the stay. Can’t understand as why makemytrip recommended such properties.
