We traveled as family to shillong and our stay at the habitat shillong was wonderful, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Especially mr. Alfred and miss. Stephanie were kind enough to help us to arrange vehicles for travel and related activities. The hotel is very beautiful and cottage core. Rooms are beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are clean. The cherry on the top is the floors are marvelously decorated, you could click a lot of pictures. We didn’t explore the food options. We had an extremely enjoyable experience at the habitat shillong, we will definitely come visit again.

The property is really beautiful and located in the best place most of important restaurants and veg restaurants are near by at walking distance and the staff was really very nice and the rooms were well maintained and clean

Hotel ambience was very nice and clean, location was good very near to market it was narrow road but you can reach through your car without any problem hotel staff was very polite and friendly, there was a great smell of lemon grass in hotel lobby area.

At first the location was hard to find but we found it and when we reached the destination it was as very nice one and the staff was very sweet and Cooperative the experience was very nice and we are planning to come again ❤️

Excellent property no doubt 1 well designed spacious deluxe room 2hot water and room heater 3nice interiors well only problem is untrained waiters and support staff even not understanding hindi need to improve buffet breakfast and meals staying excellent food average

Me and my wife last visited the habitat in 2016 and they have still maintained that homely, comfy feeling since then. The food still gives aroma of home cooked meal. The furnishings are exquisite. Rooms are well maintained and love the wooden touch. Beautiful experience yet again and can't wait to visit the same, yet again.

I traveled with my family. The hotel was in good location and rooms were immaculately clean. The only minor downside was food was not provided which was not a huge problem as you can easily walk to Laitumkhrah a few minutes away for all variety of food. The parking was also a little small (maybe three/four cars can squeeze in) and maybe on busy days this could be a problem which I had no problem as it was empty when I checked in. I would definitely stay again and recommend but do note the parking situation if you are planning to drive and confirm ahead.
