Review Of The Hans Hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff was super supportive and polite. The food was awesome and the stay was very comfortable. A very good hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. However it was under some renovation when we visited during Diwali 2025. So, some of the facilities were not available. The food was good, however the resturant ambience wasn't that good. Breakfast had limited options and definitely have significant scope for betterment. Room amenities were good, however a couple of them were missing than the ones listed in the booking.

the hotel is under renovation and the rooms are absolutely in poor condition. No arrangement of warm water, taps are very old and rusted, the bathroom not in suitable condition. Sad but despite informing the front desk nothing was done to resolve the issue

it was good but it's declining , not a bad experience but my past experience with this hotel is far better than what i expressed This time

booked for a room with king size bed but was provided with 2 single beds n no change of room available . Also the walls of the room have dirty water leakage marks, no toiletries were given

I had a great stay. Food was awesome i had chicken curry with garlic naan. Staff was very coordinating and always ready to help. Even hotel was very neat and tidy.

The stay was good ,Well cleaned rooms ,and bathroom, good interior and food was nice it was peaceful to stay .😊

The Hotel is at prime location. Near to public transport. Parking is available at ground floor and basement. Rooms are big and well maintained. Service is quite Ok compared to other hotels in this range. Overall good experience.

I would recommend Hotel Hans to everyone in Hubli because of its serene ambience, courteous staff, neat rooms and delicious food.

It was amazing

1.Location of the hotel is convenient, but the room they have provided in that AC was not working and also room didnt had any fan. after my complaint they did not changed the room but they have repaired ac by the evening. 2. As I have booked this property with complimentary breakfast but in morning they said it is payable , later after arguments they have given.

my frnd has visit to have party in this Hotel and front office team charge me 1000 for extra person after telling so many time invoice not given and I don't know if person paying 2k per night how came extra person charges should be 1000k just for 5 to 6 hours. never ever seen this kind of hospitality better then not to book this hotel where guest will not get proper response and hospitality.

The worst hotel in hubli for expensive price the hans hotel has lost its standards please i request to others not to book or visit this hotel. Worst rooms.

Staff is amiable. New rooms are nice, Food of lotus restaurant is delicious. Hygiene is maintained.

Had a day stay at Hans hotel. The location was good and had car parking facilities. Had only breakfast . The spread was limited with dosa, idli vada poha & sevai payasam along with some fruits. The ac in the room was good & hot water was available in the shower. But the fittings in the bathroom were very old. the shower nozzle had come off with a hole in the ceiling where anyone can peep in from the top. The walls in the room had leakage patches and paint had come off. The Tv in room was not working, The kettle in the room too was not working. Can get a better place for the same room charges.
