Care taker is good, very average property, however at this price near you will not get anything near lake, property requires lot of maintenance even the furniture is very old, property is located at a downtown kind of place, no scenic view

Poor Stay

The villa found untidy. There is no proper caretaker. Vessels left unwashed, the carpet unclean and bed cloth is not washed. We found the common toilet used by the drivers and unsafe. The property is not worth the value. The complete property has to be refurbished.

Poor amenities and facilities

We got broken switches, poor electricity and wire management. Washroom was not been cleaned everyday and toilet seat was broken too. Washroom is poorly designed without ventilation. This property do not worth the hard earn money. It's a poorly designed and renovated 2 bed room and one washroom. Proximity to places is good. Although, i would never recommend this place to anyone.
