fod was not good also not provided the even basic dental kit and sop...also ..limited breakfast only 2 egs omlet and 2 peace of beard....and in dinner only 2 dish and only 3 roti and food quality was also not good ...will not prefer this anymore to anyone

The house boats is very poor , toilets are very bad condition and no water is available in the toilets.

staying on boathouse was good, but no complementary refreshment , water bottle, booked 3 rooms but they give 3rd room in different boat , we not used. food quality was poor , as per paid amount not values for money

Wow wow wow... It was an amazing stay at this place. The most cleanest place I have seen in Kashmir and very hygiene. The most important was the air conditioner that is in all the rooms. The roof top was amazing with fantastic views and we stayed the most of our time at the roof top. The food was delicious with many varieties. The staff is always available 27×7... I highly recommend this houseboat.

This is our first time in kashmir and we stayed at heritage houseboat for one night's and we hired the full houseboat with four rooms and we had a great time and the houseboat is fully air conditioned and these houseboat have the best roof top that you can enjoy the best views and spend the most of the time on the roof top. These houseboat are very very neat and clean. The food is like home made. Beautiful location and the staff is very very helpful and they make sure that you had the best time on these houseboats

I had an amazing stay at the heritage group of houseboats with my family! when we arrived, we were greeted with kehwa(kashmir tea) to drink on the balcony. On the balcony we saw amazing views of dal lake. Then we when to see the rooftop view. The rooftop view was serene, offering a peaceful spot to relax while seeing the beauty of the lake and mountains. The service was the best. Mr. Hanan was a wonderful host who checked in often to make sure we were comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious. During a shikara ride, we had saw other houseboats and saw why heritage group of houseboats are unmatched. The hygiene, cleanliness, and look of the houseboat is unmatched.
