Hotel was clean and comfortable. Not very far from the main Manali bazaar. We had a pleasant stay there. Food was not up to the mark.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Hotel staff was very cooperative and good, specially Mr. Prem Thakur. Very humble and cooperative person. Hotel food was awesome and room service was also good.

One of the best hotel I stay during my tour of Delhi, Manali, Dharamshala and amritsar. Each and every staff of this hotel always ready to provide service. Specially front office manager Mr Ravi and GM- Parvesh are excellent person and always try to give better than expectation to guests. Rooms are excellent and spacious. View from front rooms are awesome. One of the best hotel in Manali.

Amazing stay overall. The rooms are clean, and staff is very helpful and generous. Mall road is 1 Km away from the hotel and autos are easily available at walking distance only. This hotel is worth considering if you are looking for a seasonal yet good stay.

Room is spacious, location is good near bus stand and vyas river. Staff is very good and my experience is good and I suggest for this hotel to stay. I stay there in third floor and balcony is very big bathroom is very clean.

Staff is courteous. Decent place to stay, rooms are good and clean. The food is nice. Will give 4out of 5 to this place. The only concern for elders is there is no lift facility and they have to climb the stairs

The food was good and the service was also good. The hotel was value for money or even more. The location of the hotel is just perfect. It is a kilometer away from mall road. The view from the hotel is also amazing.

Look for better options at manali

No parking, entrance of the hotel broken badly we need to climb to get in to hotel 3 km away from main market must look other option for manali.
No heating system and for winter we have to pay extra for room heater and was not enough for the room and with heater on there was ventilation problem as we have to close everything to get room reasonably heated.

Location of the Hotel is nice.

Overall experience at the hotel Michal Inn is average. Rooms are nice but service is poor. Food is too expensive and if you order the food, it takes a lot of time to deliver the same. 2. 5/5 Stars for the overall experience.

I was specifically told for Jain Food will be prepared by the staff before booking. But even though my stay was continuous for 4 nights I was available only bread and burter in Jain Food whenever I asked for Jain food staff rudely say "Time Lagega" Room Service Cleaning were not up to the expectation

Location is good it is on highway but service is too slow. No lights no other facilities furnish is damaged there is no comfort as we are in super deluxe room

Dining room was a terrible about the hygiene. Totally dirty. No temp check no social distancing nothing related to covid prevention i will raise this issue in many platforms

We got confirmation of our rooms from MMT but hotel guys denied confirmation. After 1-2 hours got call from MMT that rooms are confirmed . Hotel manager behaviour is not good. Not recommended .
