It was very nice and the attitude of the receptionist was good they suggested to us how to go and where to go and one of the receptionists gave me a bike.

I stay here for two nights. Only one wing of this property is renovated. In some rooms they had the three beds with bath tub and without it. In some rooms only king size. Rate is same for all rooms. If you are planning to come to this hotel then book only room in first wing. Other wings rooms are pathetic. Do not go for food lin this hotel. Food is not upto mark. For anything you need to remind them more then one times. Indoor swimming pool is good, they also provide taxi on rent.

The stay at Horizon Hotel was very good.. Very cooperative and good staff and at good price range. Also it was my first experience with make my trip it was very very good. Very easy booking. I will definitely book tickets through make my trip for all my trips. Thank you so much😇

Hotel and rooms was very good. My daughter was enjoyed specially she like swimming and bathtub. Service i feel was little bit slow. Otherwise it's gd. No thanks, overall it was very good. We are happy. Near to market.

1. Could not start fan cause it sprayed water droplets all over. 2. Leaking false ceiling and floor wet all over due to droplets leaking from ceiling. 3. Breakfast only utappa was in the menu. 4. Swimming pool too small. 5. Building upkeep very poor. 6. Jot water flow in bath tub comes down to trikle. 2-3 hours needed to fill the bath tub. 7. Water capacity of tank low hence needed restart

Worst experience in this resort. Tv, hot water, breakfast not available at resort. offer in breakfast available but other hotel in depend. Not available restaurant. Resort person judge customer breakfast in how much limit & breakfast not good healthy. I not recommended to worst cause in this resort stay.

though the package was included with breakfast, not even tea was served, terrible experience.. it's bad part that how can you tie up with such an hotel were there is no service, no breakfast , very very bad experience.. 👆 entire hotel was empty , there was no service phone in this room,for anything we needed we have to go to reception counter going up & down 2 floors , terrible experience.
