My stay was awesome. You can probably add a little more vibe to the reception and terrace area. Rest everything was perfect

Excellent stay. Bathroom was neat & clean, also staff behaviour was good. As a solo traveller, i would definitely recommend for all to look at this.

All good except the staff behaviour was little unpleasant. It's a luxurious stay with high end professional people's end up booking over here. There is no party vibe over here. Impressed with the cleanliness and the plea-sent ambience. One of the luxurious stay in old goa. Once again thankyou makemytrip for suggesting me this place with a steal deal never ever before.

My stay was very comfortable. The royal ambience of the hostel with swimming pool made the stay very elegant. Dorms were clean and everything is of top -noch quality. Staff was very helpful, cooperative and polite. Overall, the stay was amazing

The hosteller goa service is very nice and good and staff were super friendly and cooperative room were neat and clean they specific about cleanliness and bathroom washroom were also clean and hygiene. Overall it's was nice experience they having games room that was awesome

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Not good. I have actually booked a room in girls dormitory instead of boys dormitory and when i ask them to give me room in boys dormitory i can even pay extra but they didn't. They also didn't provide me with any refund or so.

Very bad management. They gave us rooms very late. And their reason was ac is not working so you have to wait. Next day morning there was no hot water. After informing them their answer was “dekhta hu” “aisa q ho raha hai “. Also no wifi, tv was not working. Worst service. Staff doesn’t have ans for anything. No one was there to pick our luggage at the time of checkout. They forced us to check out despite of knowing that hot water was unavailable for bath.
